I don’t know about you but!! I LOVE when my chicken has taste in EVERY bit and not just the first few. This is why I strongly suggest to marinate the chicken for at least 1h (the longer the better). This way the chicken will have a great taste inside out.
This is also a reason why I prefer to remove the chicken skin completely when cleaning it! Less fat and allows more flavor to be absorbed in the actual meat!

1 cup unsalted butter, softened
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed light brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
15 Oreo cookies, separated from cream and then chopped
2 Cookies & Cream Hershey bars chopped
1- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
2- Separate cream from Oreo cookies then add the cream to the butter and microwave for 30 seconds
3- In a large bowl with an electric mixer, beat butter and sugars until well-blended and fluffy in texture.
4- Add in eggs and vanilla and mix until combined.
5- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt.
6- Gradually add the flour mixture into the butter mixture and mix until just combined.
7-Add the chopped up Oreo cookies and the chopped Cookies & Cream Hershey bars
8- Make small balls with the batter and place on baking tray.
9-Bake about 11-12 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden around the edges. Cookies will be initially puffy when taken out from oven and will flatten after they cool!!! So don’t worry.
