Fish & Shrimp Tacos Night

Ingredients & Instructions

2-3 Haddock fish fillets & 10-12 large shrimps
1/4 red onion
4 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 jalapeno
1 shallot
Lemon pepper
Black pepper mix
All purpose seasoning

Homemade Flour Tortillas

Creamy Avocado salad dressing

Homemade Guacamole

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Cover and let chill for 30 mins in fridge.
Heat up a medium frying pan and pour the juice from the marinade into the pan.
Let the juices heat up before adding the fish. Cook fish for 3-5 mins then add the shrimps and continue cooking for 3 minutes or until shrimps are turning pink.
