Poutine with Ribeye Steak, bacon and caramelized onions

Poutine and steak….. you can not go wrong with this amazing combo!!! If you looking for a quick but gourmet meal this is it! You will be very happy with the result.

Marinade for steak:
1-2 pieces ribeye steaks
4 tbsp olive oil
1/4 jalapeno, chopped
1 tbsp homemade epis
1/4 white onion, chopped
1 tbsp ginger, chopped
2 tbsp lemon pepper
2 tbsp black pepper mix
2 tbsp red chili pepper
1 tbsp chili flakes
2 tsp salt
3 tbsp lemon juice

4-6 bacon slices, chopped
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
1/2 cup yellow onion, chopped
1/2 cup jalapeno, chopped
1 tbsp ginger
1 avocado
1 shallot, chopped
1 cup Poutine sauce
Cheese of choice
Frozen french fries


Combine the steak with the marinade ingredients and then let chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Start buy frying the bacon in a pan on medium heat until crispy then add the onions, jalapeno, ginger and cook until browned but do not over cook, set aside when cooked.
Cook the frozen fries by following the heat and time indicated on the bag.
Using the same frying pan, add 2 tbsp of olive oil and add the steak with the juice from the marinade and cook to desired jgciuhiuhf (see chart above).
While the steak in cooking, you can start on the poutine sauce, canned or packaged, follow the steps on the back.
Combine all in the way you like! do not forget the cheese!!!
