
Cheese stuffed crust!! With white sauce , shrimp and grilled salmon topped with loads of Cheese š

Ingredients
Pizza:
Homemade Pizza dough or 1 package pizza crust mix
2 cups fresh spinach
Olive oil
Cheddar cheese, Grated and cubes for the stuffed crust
White Garlic Pizza Sauce:
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1 1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp epis seasoning or garlic (Grated)
2 tbsp lemon pepper
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp red, onion, chopped finely
Meat:
10-12 raw shrimps, unshelled
1 piece of raw salmon
lemon juice to taste
Epis seasoning/garlic paste to taste
*add spicy seasoning to give a little kick
Instructions
- Follow the package pizza crust mix instructions or my pizza dough recipe.
- Season the salmon and shrimps in a bowl, cover then add to the fridge.
White Garlic Pizza Sauce: - Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour and continue whisking for 1-2 minutes (do not let it brown).
- Slowly add milk, whisking constantly until smooth, thickened, and bubbly.
Whisk in remaining ingredients and then set aside until ready to use.
Toppings: - On a grilling pan or frying pan cook the salmon and shrimps until nearly cooked ( it will continue to cook in the oven)
- Add the spinach and cook until reduced in size.
- For the pizza crust and made sure to make the pizza a little bigger since we are stuffing the crust with CHEESE!
- Lay each piece around the outer edge of the pizza dough, making sure to leaving an inch for the edge.
- Bring edge of dough over cheese, pressing to encase the cheese in the dough.
- Spread the white sauce over the pizza then 1/2 of the grated cheese and the remaining add the toppings and finish with a layer of grated cheese.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese melted.
