Chocolate Mini Tarts

I made some chocolate mini tarts as well as some pastry cream topped with fresh fruits!! They were ADORABLE!

Prep : 15 mins / Cook : 15 mins / Total : 30 mins

10 mini frozen tarts crusts
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
1 cup bittersweet chocolate, chopped
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Bring cream to a boil, then pour over chocolate in a bowl and let stand 5 minutes.
  3. Whisk together eggs, vanilla, and salt in another bowl, then stir into melted chocolate.
  4. Pour filling into mini tarts crust and bake for 15 mins.
