Lemon & Garlic Grilled Fish

Fish is a great alternative to chicken or beef when doing BBQ’s this summer! Not only is it lighter and fresh, this lemon and garlic grilled fish will definetly impress your guests.

I went with the canadian croaker since it was on sale that week (1.99$LB) but most white flesh fish grill very nicely!! Don’t be scared to try something new!!

Prep : 10 mins / Cook: 10-15 mins / Total : 20 mins

Ingredients

1-2 canadian croaker or white flesh fish, cleaned
2 tsp olive oil
3 tbsp garlic epis seasoning
1/4 red onion, chopped
3 tbsp Lemon pepper
1/2 lemon, sliced
1/2 lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Make sure that the fish is cleaned and dry and then in a bowl combined the seasoning ingredients.
  2. Rub the seasoning paste generously over the fish, inside and out.
  3. Stuff the fish with the lemon slices and keep some for the outside.
  4. When ready to cook grill the fish on a BBQ for 10-15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
