Fish is a great alternative to chicken or beef when doing BBQ’s this summer! Not only is it lighter and fresh, this lemon and garlic grilled fish will definetly impress your guests.
I went with the canadian croaker since it was on sale that week (1.99$LB) but most white flesh fish grill very nicely!! Don’t be scared to try something new!!
