Epis (Haitian Seasoning Base)

I USE THIS IN EVERYTHING! I really do, I always have a molson jar ready in the fridge since I cook a lot. This Homemade seasoning base is the perfect element to spice up your food. This Garlic base base can be used in pretty much any savoury dish. I personally started to use it to season my meats and to give some extra flavor to my sauces.

Prep : 10 mins / Total: 10 mins

Servings : 3-5 cups

Ingredients

You can add any veggie you want, the main things you MUST have are the 1st 3 items on the list:
12-20 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup olive or canola oil
1 1/4 cup white vinegar
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 red onion
2 celery branches
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 orange bell pepper, chopped
1-2 jalapenos
6 scallions, chopped
All seasoning you would normal add to you food (2-3 tbsp each)

Instructions

Add all the ingredients asides the vinegar to a food processor or blender until smooth while gradually adding the vinegar.
