
Pork chops are a great idea for a low cost & quick meal! Pork is generally a less expensive type of meat compared to beef and chicken. People often complain that the meat is dry and flavorless!! But don’t worry I got you.

Ingredients
Marinade for pork chops:
4 pork chops
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2-3 tbsp sriracha sauce
1/4 cup epis seasoning
2 tbsp brown sugar or maple syrup
3 tbsp BBQ sauce
3 tbsp caribbean spice & roasted garlic
2 tbsp lemon pepper
1/2 cup chicken or vegetable stock
Served with Creamy Mashed potatoes and steamed asparagus
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients into a large bowl and combine well with the meat until the meat is completely covered in seasoning sauce.
- Let marinate for at least 30 minutes before cooking to give the meat the time to become more tender.
- Preheat oven to 350ºF, In a oven safe dish place the pork chops and its juices.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes, then remove cover and continue to bake until meat is tender. - Add a few tbsp of water if the sauce is too thick or if it starts to burn. The residue sauce will become a gravy.
