
Slow cooked ribs are always my go to! You can’t go wrong with this tasty, bone falling, tender ribs recipe. I love the fact that it only takes 10 mins to prep the meat to marinate, then all you have to do it let the slow cooker do it’s magic.
Slow Cooker : Prep : 10 mins / Cook: 4-6 h / Total : 6 h 10 mins
Oven : Prep : 10 mins / Marination: 1-2 h or overnight /Bake : 1.5h / Total : 3h40 mins
Serving : 6 servings
Ingredients
1-2 pounds of beef ribs (the cut is optional)
2 tbsp of olive oil
4 tbsp epis seasoning or 3 Cloves of garlic Chopped finely
1 Red onion, chopped
1 Yellow Onion, chopped
3 shallots, Chopped
1 Jalapeno Chopped
1-2 Cup Sweet Honey BBQ sauce (or regular BBQ sauce mixed with 2 tablespoons of Light brown sugar)
1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Lemon pepper
1-2 tbsp Cajun
1 tbsp black pepper
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup water
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl;
Slow Cooker :
Add the combined ingredients into the slow cooker.
Cook on high for 4-6 hours or until the meat in starting to fall of the bones.
Preheat oven to 400°, separate the ribs from the broth, then transfer the ribs to a oven plate.
Take 1/2 cup of the broth and glaze the ribs.
Bake the ribs for 15 minutes.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl;
Oven :
*If baking in the oven, let marinate in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
Preheat the oven to 375°.
Transfer the ribs into a oven safe pan and cover the top with aluminum foil.
Bake the ribs for 1.5 hours
