Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

The best part of cookies is that they only take 10 minutes to bake and you can freeze them for cookie emergencies! These are the chewiest Chocolate cookies you will ever eat! #Yourwelcome

Freeze them up to 3 mts , yes you read this right! three months.

Prep : 10 mins / Cook : 10-12 mins / Total: 20 mins

Servings : 36 cookies


1/2 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cups flour
1 cups chocolate chips


  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the sugars, and butter.
  2. Whisk in the eggs and vanilla, then add in the cocoa powder, flour, salt and baking soda and mix until combined.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips, then chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Scoop the dough with an ice-cream scoop or form small bowls onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  6. Leave space between the cookies because they will spread slightly.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges have started to barely brown.
  8. Freeze the remaining dough upto 3 months, form small bowls before freezing.
