Slutty Brownies

This is the Ultimate BROWNIE, three layers of delicious goodness. Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, then a layer of double stuffed Oreos, finally topped with the fudgiest brownie EVER!

I make brownies a LOT. They are so fast to make and always appropriate. You can share for keep them all for yourself! I won’t judge.

Ingredients

Chocolate Chip Layer:
1.5 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar , packed
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup butter, mealted
3 egg
2 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
2.5 cups flour
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks

Oreo Layer:
1 box double stuffed oreos (Keep 4 to crumble on top at the end)

Brownie layer or Box cake brownies (For instructions on box):
1 cup unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp salt
2 large eggs
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup dark cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Chocolate Chip Layer: In a large bowl, whisk together the sugars, salt, and butter.
    Whisk in the eggs and vanilla, then add in the flour and baking soda and mix until combined.
    Fold in the chocolate chunks, then chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Brownie layer or Box cake brownies (For instructions on box):
    Add the butter and 1 cup of chocolate chips to a large microwave-safe bowl.
    Microwave for 1.5 minutes, then let sit for 3 minutes before whisking together.
    Add the granulated and brown sugars, vanilla, and salt. Whisk to combine.
    Whisk in the eggs until fully combined.
    Sift the flour and cocoa powder into the bowl and fold in with a spatula. Add the remaining chocolate chips and fold to incorporate, set aside until ready to use.
    Preheat your oven to 350 F
  3. Assemble: On the bottom layer of an oven safe dish spread the cookie dough batter evenly, the next layer is the oreo cookies, simply place them on top of the cookie dough as a whole. Finally topped with the brownie batter. Crush the 4 remaining oreos and sprinkle on top!
  4. Baking: Bake for 45 until the brownie is cooked
